INDUSTRIAL PROSECUTIONS.
For having allowed, on January l8, two employees to deliver ice after 2 p.m.. Thomas Ludlow, ice vendor, of Sylvan-road. Toowong, was fined £1, with 3/6 costs, on each of two charges. The employees, Albert Ponting and William Sutherland, were each fined 15/, with 3/6 costs, for having delivered the ice.
